Is there documentation on how to use the Forums?
Short Answer is no.
Longer answer is there is help available. The forum has been built with the tool wpForo. On the wpForo website you will find Community Support which contains information from the wpForo community. Much of this is about the technical details of the tool, but it also contains some information useful to a wpForo Forum user. The wpForo website also contains a Documentation section. CreativeMinds.Forum has been built with version 2. Unfortunately, the "Members" area of the wpForo v2 documentation is "Under Construction" and has been for a couple of years. The wpForo v1 documentation does have a "Members" area, however, it may not reflect the functionality in v2 exactly. It is a good starting place for general terms and functionality, however, it is out of date and does not contain new features.
Much of the forum is intuitive and functions like most other Bulletin Board Forum software. If you have ever used any other Bulletin Board, then it should look familiar to you. If not, then take a look and if you don't understand how to use a feature or have other questions, please feel free to ask your questions here. We at CreativeMinds.Forum have used many Bulletin Boards over the years and can answer general questions. I (Kenny the website builder) will do my best to answer your questions about how to use the Forum. If I don't know an answer and the available documentation doesn't help, I will assist in requesting support from the available resources. At the moment, CreativeMinds.Forum does not pay for Pro Support from wpForo. The website is provided for free and our benefactor that has funded the creation of the website is a starving artist herself. We will be implementing some ways to fund not only future development, but also paid resources (such as Pro Support) and add-ons to improve the functionality and usefulness of the tool.
